Jon Sinclair has been an attorney since 1995. He graduated from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 1995 with a law degree and a Masters of Public Administration. He joined the Cleveland Law Department as a Housing Court Prosecutor.

In 2000, he joined the Cincinnati Law Department as a prosecutor of misdemeanors in the City of Cincinnati. This included prosecutions of domestic violence, DUI, reckless driving, speeding, and driving under suspension.

He started his law practice in Cincinnati in 2002. Since then his practice consists primarily of DUI/OVI (Driving under the Influence), Criminal Defense, and Family Law. He also handles certain personal injury cases.

Jon has been a private pilot since 1985. He lives in the City of Cincinnati.
