Recent Cases

Some clients choose to resolve cases with a plea bargain, other cases involve a trial. Here is a selection of recent case results.  It is not a comprehensive list of case results.

Case No. 10 CRB 2540
Charges of assault against client were dismissed in Hamilton County Municipal Court on May 4, 2010.

Case No. B0908864
Case dismissed April 21, 2010. Hamilton County felony charge of failing to provide notice of change of address.

Case No. 09 CRB 36616
Not Guilty of Theft of Cable TV Services.   This client was charged with unlawfully having cable service hooked up to her apartment in Cincinnati.   After a trial in Cincinnati Municipal Court, she was found not guilty and acquitted by the court.

Case No. 09 TRC 267**
Not Guilty of OVI (Driving while intoxicated).  This client was charged with driving on Interstate 71 North while under the influence.  After a trial, he was found not guilty and acquitted by the Hamilton County Municipal Court.
